Membership is open to any person at least 18 years of age who is a full or part-time resident of or visitor to Collier and Lee Counties.  To join, please complete the form below.  Membership fees are $15.00 a year for individuals and $27.00 a year for two persons in the same household.  Membership is activated upon receipt of your check.  Name and address are required fields; the other information is optional, although phone and e-mail assist us in providing you with Action Alerts and other timely information.  Mail your check to:
